We have a complete rebuild shop dedicated to repairing and rebuilding your RNBs. If the need arises, just send us the "nut-to-nut" bar with your material release, and we'll take care of the rest.
We stock spare parts to assemble full RNBs for outright sale, but also so that our customers can repair their own bars if they choose to. From bolts and sprockets, to our Demco Bearing Carriers and Fluted Segments, we have what you need.
What sets our RNB apart is our Demco X 1-Piece (bearing carriers) and our Fluted Segments. Our X 1-Piece and Mounting Plate system uses a hanging bracket to repeatedly and securely hold your RNB. Instead of removing the entire bar and mounting plates at once, you simply unbolt the X 1-Pieces and swap to your spare bar cutting downtime and hassle. (see below for photos of our options)
Our Fluted Segments now come in two flute variations and two different coating options. The standard and most popular configuration is our Straight Flute, Chrome Plated segment. We offer a Diamond Fluted Pattern, as well as a Carbo-Nitride Blast Finish. (see below for photos of our options)
